How To Change Yahoo Password – Your Yahoo password gives you access to every Yahoo service you use. It’s always a good idea to update your password regularly and to make sure it’s unique from other passwords you use.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it for a fresh start.

How To Change Yahoo Password

You have been finding it difficult to change your Yahoo Account, here are the simplest steps you will follow to resent your password.

Step1. Login to your Yahoo account as you normally do.

Step2. When you are login scroll down there is an Account Info located at the bottom of your menu

Step3. Click on that “Account Info”

Step4. When it open, click on “Account Security” Keyboard will appear

Step5. Enter your “Current password” (ie the old password).

Step6. Click on “Change password”. The option is in the blue type.

Step7. Enter your new password two times

Step8. Click “OK” it will automatically resent.

When using a desktop or mobile web browser:

Step1. Go to the Yahoo Account security page.

Step2. Click Change password.

Step3. Enter a new password.

Step4. Click Continue.

When using Yahoo mobile apps:

Step1. Tap the Menu icon Image of the side menu icon…

Step2. If using the Yahoo Mail app, tap Manage Accounts.

Step3. Tap Account info.

Step4. Tap Security settings.

Step5. Enter your security code.

Step7. Tap Change password.

Step8. Tap I would rather change my password.

Step9. Enter the new password and its confirmation and tap Continue.

Note; If these steps don’t work in your app, change your password using your mobile browser.
